 | Ok, so it's been a while since I've been on here...I actually forgot that I started a site. I can't promise daily entries, although I'm determined to try, but I will definitely be here once a week to report weight. Presently I am at a shameful 227, considering that's 15 pounds more than when I started this journal only 9 months ago. That should tell you how well I've been doing since then.
Other things have changed since then, also. My test results indicated IR so I now have Glucophage to take, although I've been about as faithful with that as I have with my exercise. So, I am now going to go do my tae-bo tape and take my glucophage.
